Intro

I am a DevOps professional with 10+ years of industry experience. I am presently employed as Vice President, Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Transformation, with Calance Software Private Limited. I have in the past been a co-founder and the CTO of Spotmentor, now part of EY. Spotmentor is an end to end skilling, learning and careers platform solving a very specific problem in the HR Technology space. At Spotmentor, I was able to setup digital academies for some very large clients.

Currently

At Calance, I am setting up a Digital and Emerging Technology practice, specialising in DevOps defined approach for Software delivery. I have been a key asset in bridging the gaps that existed between US Sales and Development center based out of India. I have developed exceptional relationships with some of the key people resembling Fortune 500 brands. I have been extensively involved in enabling AWS partnership for Calance, predominantly around Generative AI. I have learned how to build teams, manage people, shape culture, develop relationships with customers, sell enterprise products, and build state of the art infrastructure systems using Kubernetes and AWS.

Travel History

• I am born and brought up from Bhilai (CG), India and went to IIT Kharagpur, Kharagpur (WB), India for my graduation and post-graduation.
• In 2010, I went to Singapore and Malaysia.
• In 2015, My first official job started in Gurgaon, India.
• In 2019, I visited Jakarta, Indonesia for an official trip.
• In 2020, I went to Bali (Indonesia) and Nainital (India).
• In 2021, I was blessed with a baby boy, so did not travel much.
• In 2022, I went to Maldives.
• In 2023, I solo-travelled to United Kingdom and Scotland and witnessed one of my icons Porcupine Tree perform live.
• In 2024, I went to Thailand.
